Merits
One of the companions of the Imams (a) is reported to have uncovered his private parts where it was improper to do so, and was afflicted with an ailment there. When he complained to Imam al-Sadiq (a), he was taught this supplicatory amulet: put your left hand on the ailing part and repeat this three times — you will be restored to health, Allah willing.
Text and Translation
بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ وَ بِاللّٰهِ بَلٰى مَنْ اَسْلَمَ وَجْهَهُ لِلّٰهِ وَ هُوَ مُحْسِنٌ فَلَهُ اَجْرُهُ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِ وَلَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَاهُمْ يَحْزَنُوْنَ
BISMIL LAAHI WA BILLAAH BALAA MAN ASLAMA WAJHAHU LILLAAHI WA HUWA MUHSINUN FALAHU AJRUHU I'NDA RABBIHI WA LAA KHAWFUN A'LAYHIM WA LAA HUM YAHZANOON
In the name of Allah, and by Allah — yes, whoever submits his face to Allah, being virtuous, his reward is with his Lord, and no fear shall come upon them, nor shall they grieve;
اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّىْ اَسْلَمْتُ وَجْهِىْ اِلَيْكَ وَفَوَّضْتُ اَمْرِىْ اِلَيْكَ لَا مَلْجَاۤءَ وَ لَامَنْجَا مِنْكَ اِلَّاۤ اِلَيْكَ
ALLAAHUMMA INNEE ASLAMTU WAJHEE ILAYKA WA FAWWADTU AMREE ILAYKA LAA MALJA-A WA LAA MANJAA MINKA ILLAA ILAYK
O Allah, I have submitted my face to You and entrusted my affair to You; there is no refuge and no escape from You except to You.
