Al-Kaf'ami, in his book al-Misbah, has mentioned that whoever is diseased may rub over the place of his prostration (in prayers) with his hand, and then rub the ailed organ after each obligatory prayer seven times. He may then say the following supplicatory prayer:

YAA MAN KABASAL ARDA A'LAL MAAA-I WA SADDAL HAWAAA-A BIS SAMAAA-I WAKHTAARA LI-NAFSIHI AHSANAL ASMAAA-I, SALLI A'LAA MUHAMMADIN WA AALI MUHAMMADIN WAF-A'L BEE KAZAA WA KAZAA WARZUQNEE WA A'AFINEE MIN KAZAA WA KAZAA

O You Who pressed the earth firm upon the water and closed off the air with the sky, and chose for Himself the most beautiful names, send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad, and do with me such-and-such, and grant me sustenance and restore me to health from such-and-such.

[Instead of the three dots, you may submit your requests and mention your ailed organ.]
