Text and Translation

اَللّٰهُمَّ اجْعَلْ لِىْ فِيْهِ نَصِيْبًا مِنْ رَحْمَتِكَ الْوَاسِعَةِ، وَ اهْدِنِىْ فِيْهِ لِبَرَاهِيْنِكَ السَّاطِعَةِ، وَخُذْ بِنَاصِيَتِىْ اِلٰى مَرْضَاتِكَ الْجَامِعَةِ، بِمَحَبَّتِكَ يَا اَمَلَ الْمُشْتَاقِيْنَ.

ALLAAHUMMAJ A'L LEE FEEHE NASEEBAN MIN RAHMATEKAL WAASE-A'TE WAHDENEE FEEHE LE-BARAAHEENEKAS SAA-TE-A'TE WA KHUZ BE-NAASEYATEE ELAA MARZAATEKAL JAA-ME-A'TE BE-MAHABBATEKA YAA AMALAL MUSHTAAQEENA.

O Allah, on this day, (please) decide for me a share from Your expansive mercy, guide me on this day to Your luminous proofs, and take me from the forelock to Your all-inclusive satisfaction, in the name of Your lovingness, O hope of the eager ones!
