O Allah, decide, among what You decree and ordain from the decisive matter, and what You apportion from the wise command on the Night of Decree, and in the destiny that is not reversed nor changed, to inscribe me among the pilgrims of Your Sacred House - whose pilgrimage is accepted, whose effort is thanked, whose sins are forgiven, and whose bad deeds are absolved - and decide, among what You decree and ordain, to prolong my life, to expand my sustenance, and to do with me...

One may mention his desires after that.
